A three-car accident in Franklin prompted an emergency response on Monday, May 5, 2026, after one occupant became trapped inside a vehicle and required rescue crews to remove a door for access.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the crash scene during the afternoon hours. Firefighters and EMS personnel arrived quickly and began assessing the damaged vehicles and injured occupants.
Rescue Crews Perform Door Pop
According to officials, one person inside a vehicle was unable to exit safely following the collision. Rescue crews performed a “door pop” operation to remove the vehicle door and free the occupant.
The individual was successfully removed from the vehicle and evaluated by EMS personnel at the scene. Authorities have not released the extent of injuries involved in the crash.
