While we are a relatively small company, Belsito Communications Inc. prides itself on an employee benefits package that rivals much larger companies. All employees not covered by their spouse's insurance are initially eligible for medical benefits the first month following 90 days of full-time employment. After one year of service, all employees are eligible for Life Insurance and a 401(k) plan with a company matching contribution up to 3% of their annual pay. Advertising Sales/1st Responder Newspaper - This position works in conjunction with the General Manager selling advertising and sponsorship space for our newspaper and internet site. Candidates will be required to build and maintain a client base of advertisers looking to increase their business through print and internet advertising. This commission-based outside sales position requires prospecting, monitoring of competitive media, setting appointments, and developing new accounts. While the ideal candidate will have experience in sales, we are willing to give an opportunity to a candidate who is less qualified but possess outstanding enthusiasm. Experience and knowledge of emergency services is extremely helpful.
